The size is the right idea but way too small to be practical. It’s difficult to manage the lineup cards during the game with this small of a holder due to folding/unfolding necessary….HS level games.

I thought it would be a softer fake leather instead it’s straight up plastic . But does it’s job of helping the mgr part of umpiring .
