Didn’t like it? Didn’t fit? Just wanted to try it? Not a problem. We’ve made is as simple as possible to quickly create a return or exchange. Our self-service portal makes it easy to submit a request and receive a return label in just a few minutes.
Gerry Davis Sports accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise (see exceptions below) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order OR for store credit within 60 days of receiving your order. Returns for store credit are FREE and returns for refunds to the original payment method are a flat $8.00 rate for return shipping within the contiguous United States when using our self-service returns portal.

EXCEPTIONS AND PRODUCT/SPECIAL POLICIES
CUSTOMIZED, LOGOED OR ALTERED PRODUCTS
All customized and/or altered products are final sale with the exception of alteration errors outside of normal tolerance levels or due to manufacturer defects. Inseam alterations have a standard tolerance level of +/- ½ (0.50) inch.
PERSONAL USE AND INTIMATE ITEMS
All cups, supporters, compression or baselayer bottoms and whistles are final sale. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable resell or donate them.
All shoes must be returned undamaged and clean. Shoes that have signs of being worn outside or on the field will be returned or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any shoes that are not returned in their original box will be subject to a $25 flat return fee.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All products ending in .98 are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SUBMITTING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Items must be returned in like new condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Please make sure to properly package your return. Items returned that are scratched, scuffed, missing accessories and/or missing packaging where they cannot be sold as new may be subject to additional fees or may be returned. This includes items like umpire masks, chest protectors, leg guards, etc. that can easily scratch and scuff without the proper care.
2. Securely pack items in the smallest packaging available. Please use original packaging if you can. Shoe boxes must go inside of another box and should never be shipped standalone.
3. If your return/exchange is determined to not be in compliance with our policies, we will contact you to notify you and return it to the original address on the order.
If you’ve received an item that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. If the defect is beyond the return/exchange period, please still get in touch with a description of the issue and supporting pictures so we can review and work with the manufacturer on your behalf to issue a credit, refund or replacement if possible.
No. You must create a return and create a new order. Additional exchanges are subject to an $8.00 return fee to cover the cost of shipping
Yes, but any subsequent returns are subject to an $8.00 return fee to cover the cost of shipping. We recommend completing a single return to avoid any additional fees.
