Just OK
I felt no real difference while wearing these insoles. Offered no real support from the heat. Might be better to use the ice pack system under your gear.

Heat shields
I working a lot of games on turf fields and I was feeling the heat coming up through the soles of my shoes.After inserting these into my shoes I felt the difference immediately.
