Lost Packages

If the status of your package hasn’t changed in 3 days, you can file a claim after 3 days and before 30 days from the last update.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrived and the contents were broken (unusable, shattered, bent, crushed) then it’s considered damaged, and a claim can be filed within 10 days of delivery.

Stolen & Miss Delivered Packages

If your package shows delivered, but you can’t find it, give the carrier 2 additional days to deliver. If it’s still not arrived, file a claim after 2 days from the delivery date and before 10 days. At our discretion, Gerry Davis Sports may require a valid police report when the package is marked as delivered and not received.


  • Cosmetic damage to the shipping parcel
  • Packages returned to Gerry Davis Sports
  • Customer errors such as inputting incorrect information
  • Incomplete or incorrect address information
  • Late deliveries

Reorder: Receive replacement item(s) shipped to you at no cost. If your order included customized apparel, it will be rushed processed at no additional fee.

Refund: A full refund in the form of your original payment method or as a Gerry Davis Sports E-Gift Card.

A customer care representative will review your claim within 1 business day. Some claims may take up to 3 business days for a resolution, but Gerry Davis Sports will update you throughout the process.

Yes - a customer care representative will confirm where you'd like the re-order shipped before it is processed.

You will be offered a refund on that product or an alternative option may be provided.
