I took one ball off the chest during the first weekend wearing this without any issues. The arm/shoulder protectors move around too much for my liking, and there's a weird velcro strap on the shoulder that doesn't connect to anything. There's no information on this model anywhere online so I have no idea what it does. Everything I've read says this is a good youth baseball chest protector but if you're doing Middle School ball or up, you want something with more protection. No complaints so far though
